Photo Challenge: Day 15 – A photo of something you want to do before you die.

A photo of something you want to do before you die. My bucket list is too long for photos, so here are a few photos, and the rest is a list.

That’s easy, I want to travel the world, and experience various cultures, their food, music, language, etc. I’d like to start this year.

The top destinations on my list are Japan, Tibet, Bali, Iran, Egypt, Greece, Italy, Spain/France (maybe), England, Scotland, Ireland, and possibly a few in between.

My dream, of course, would be to live in each place for at least 3-9 months, and photograph and document everything I see, taste, and experience. I believe this should be the rite of passage for everyone living. And it should happen before college. I believe it allows a person to not only find themselves, but know more of what they really want to do in life, and where they want to be, and spend it.

I’d also love to learn Japanese, Italian, Farsi, Mandarin, Arabic, and possibly one or two other languages. I’d also love to:

  • rock climb in Utah or Arizona
  • hang glide
  • sky dive
  • learn to surf
  • parasail
  • deep-sea dive
  • sail to Hawaii or some small island
  • visit the Maldive Islands
  • pet and/or cuddle a mountain lion, cougar, puma, panther, or similar
  • hike Machu Picchu
  • swim with dolphins
  • hike a volcano
  • go spelunking (potholing)
  • visit all of the wonders of the world
  • learn to cook authentic Persian, Italian, Greek, and Japanese cuisine

And I’m sure this list could go on, and on. :)

A photo of someone you could never imagine your life without.

That would have to be my family. As much as they can drive me out of my mind – and thank god that’s not often – I LOVE them and could NEVER live without them.

As much as I’d like to post a photo of them I’d have to get their approval, and most wouldn’t approve. :)
